The GRT (Ground Rotational Trainer) is a feature on MoveStrong FTS models and the Squat Stand System. It is a versatile tool used with an Olympic bar to perform total body strength and power exercises with emphasis on the core. The GRT Handle is an attachment sold separately that slips over the end of the Olympic bar with two rotating neutral grip handles making it comfortable to perform pressing, thruster, and rotational exercises.

Comes in standard MoveStrong Blue power coat finish.
