We created a floor anchored station that holds up to four dedicated battle rope anchors. Our rope anchors are large cylinder shaped to allow ropes to move during use with less friction and fraying of ropes. Large round diameter anchor makes it ideal for wrapping battle rope around to perform rope pull exercises also.

Customize with U-Loop or our patented G-Loop Anchors for attaching resistance bands and other accessories for functional training and sports performance drills like banded run outs.

Customize with the Ground Rotational Trainer (GRT) for use with Olympic Bar. Add plate storage horns for storage of plates while not in use
