Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for non-used items. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received (unused, unassembled, and in original packaging).

  • Approval: You must contact us for return approval before sending any items back.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless pre-approved by MoveStrong.

  • Refunds: Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Note: Custom-built or special order items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.


Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Please see our shipping details below:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will ship within 7 business days of payment confirmation and order completion.

  • Custom/Built-to-Order Items: Specialty items and custom-built products require additional time for production. Please allow 6-10 weeks for production and shipment.

  • Lead Time Inquiries: If you are ordering a custom item, please contact us beforehand to confirm current lead times. We are happy to provide an estimate based on the specific product and demand.

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the US Continental states only via our online store. For shipments outside of the US, please contact us directly for assistance and shipping quotes.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery for assistance. We will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the item.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a full refund and place a new order.
