Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for non-used items. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received (unused, unassembled, and in original packaging).
Approval: You must contact us for return approval before sending any items back.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless pre-approved by MoveStrong.
Refunds: Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Note: Custom-built or special order items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Please see our shipping details below:
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will ship within 7 business days of payment confirmation and order completion.
Custom/Built-to-Order Items: Specialty items and custom-built products require additional time for production. Please allow 6-10 weeks for production and shipment.
Lead Time Inquiries: If you are ordering a custom item, please contact us beforehand to confirm current lead times. We are happy to provide an estimate based on the specific product and demand.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to the US Continental states only via our online store. For shipments outside of the US, please contact us directly for assistance and shipping quotes.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery for assistance. We will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the item.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a full refund and place a new order.
