The Location
The Linc is a wellness and recreation center that is jointly owned and operated by Lincoln University and JC Parks offering exercise classes, indoor and outdoor fitness courts as well as personal training. Since last summer, members can also enjoy a MoveStrong Outdoor Functional Fitness Zone for a complete strength and conditioning workout.
