Working Out A Group

A group workout session took place at the Perform Better Summit 2011 in Chicago featuring the MoveStrong™ Functional Training Station. 12 participants and 12 exercises using bodyweight, bands, ropes, rings, medicine balls, and more for a high intensity total body strength and conditioning workout.
