New T-Rex Kickplate Feature

The MoveStrong T-Rex Outdoor Fitness Station can be customized to the size and training features desired. The Kickplate feature is new to the MoveStrong T-Rex. It is ideal for performing medicine ball slams, throws, and toss exercises. Also great for a variety of bodyweight exercises and provides an anchor point station for fitness devices such as resistance bands.
