Installing our first MoveStrong salmon ladder! Excited to bring our design, style, and training features to this staple piece used for Ninja Warrior training! Dual height bounding pull-up bars on each side allow users to practice the jumping and kipping bar to bar on fixed bars before attempting the salmon ladder. Center height rope climb anchor allows for climbing rope and users to make there way back down after reach the top.
