Horizontal rope climbing provides a new challenge in bodyweight strength training. Scale the rope horizontally underneath or on top and perform a variety of bodyweight pull-up and grip strength exercises with the rope hung in a horizontal position.
The 18 foot 1.5" diameter premium 3-strand twisted black Polydacron Horizontal Climbing Rope is ideal for indoor and outdoor use. Includes 1' eyeloops on each end with a Quick Link Carabiner for attaching to a secure structure. Works great on the MoveStrong FTS models with extended monkey bar bridge. Custom rope sizes available.
