Group Functional Training

We had a fantastic time this weekend with the staff of the Fayette County Family YMCA! Our MoveStrong Group Functional Training 1-day Course gave us a chance to work hands-on with management, personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and staff to help in introducing new and exciting ways to build functional fitness for YMCA members. Just a few pictures from our event and the custom MoveStrong NOVA XL Functional Training Station!

 

Customized with silver vein and red colors, an additional In-Line bay training, and kickplate medicine ball station were featured.
