A special thanks to Shawn Millson, owner and operator of Snap Fitness Lenox Village in Nashville Tennessee, for allowing us to stop in and check out his new MoveStrong Club FTS. Shawn's setup is ideal for a functional training station. His gym takes the "no frills" approach and allows clients one-on-one training sessions as well as group training classes.
