New MoveStrong Outdoor Fitness Space at Veterans Park, Carrizo Springs

MoveStrong is excited to announce the opening of a new outdoor fitness space at Veterans Park in Carrizo Springs, Texas! This thoughtfully designed area features our FitGround Stations, T-Rex multi station, our new back extension bench, and artificial turf, all set under a shaded structure for year-round use. During the grand opening in November, community members enjoyed free training sessions and demos, experiencing how the space can help people of all fitness levels stay active and strong. With an emphasis on functionality, open space for stretching, and fitness education through training graphics, this new facility offers a welcoming and accessible environment for everyone to enjoy.

MoveStrong's New Outdoor Obstacle Course and Fitness Area at Virginia Tech

MoveStrong is excited to announce the installation of a new outdoor obstacle course and fitness area at Virginia Tech, designed for the university's cadet department. This facility features a variety of obstacles and fitness equipment, promoting functional fitness and improving strength, agility, and endurance with exercises that mimic real-life physical challenges. Group workouts will never be the same at Woodside Health Club Kansas City. A brand new functional staircase and ramp has just been installed to elevate members’ health and wellness and support their fitness journeys.

MoveStrong Training Event & Ribbon Cutting at The LINC

After two years of planning and installing, the new outdoor fitness court at The Linc in Jefferson City was officially opened with a ribbon cutting and training event on Thursday. Despite the hot temperatures, locals and students of Licoln University came out to learn about the various uses of the new equipment and were able to try them out in a Movestrong led group workout.
