Ron and Peter have always been in love with fitness and health. After years of being personal trainers, they decided to combine the best of all their experiences and opened SoundBodyX, an indoor HIIT and personal training studio offering cardio kickboxing, boxing, yoga, and more.

“We acted like kids in a candy store. There were so many cool things, that we just kept adding more and more equipment. Eventually, we had to be realistic and downsized to what we really needed. We talked to all our trainers about the things they wanted to do with the new system and finally decided on five bays. The beauty of the system is that you can always add more to it later.”
After two weeks of adding and removing different tools and watching several videos of exercises that could be performed, the training station was ready to be installed. Alternating training bays and storage bays create a complete custom all-in-one space-efficient configuration, without the need of wall-mount anchoring. MoveStrong helped with planning and design to meet the customer’s needs and supported SoundBodyX during the whole process. Just a month ago, the SoundBodyX MoveStrong training station was opened to the studio’s clients and included in classes.
