MoveStrong is excited to announce the opening of a new outdoor fitness space at Veterans Park in Carrizo Springs, Texas! This thoughtfully designed area features our FitGround Stations, T-Rex multi station, our new back extension bench, and artificial turf, all set under a shaded structure for year-round use. During the grand opening in November, community members enjoyed free training sessions and demos, experiencing how the space can help people of all fitness levels stay active and strong. With an emphasis on functionality, open space for stretching, and fitness education through training graphics, this new facility offers a welcoming and accessible environment for everyone to enjoy.

MoveStrong Outdoor Fitness Space at YMCA Sonoma: A Versatile Training Hub for All Ages and Abilities

MoveStrong recently partnered with YMCA Sonoma to design and install a new outdoor fitness space that caters to all ages and ability levels. The space includes a complete FitGround system featuring functional fitness equipment like squat racks, modular dumbbell racks, a battle rope station, and a customized T-Rex Multi Station. With durable specialty surfacing and storage solutions, the space is designed for versatility, safety, and year-round use. This addition updates the YMCA's offerings, providing members with more options for strength, mobility, and functional training in a vibrant outdoor setting.

Mercer College Takes It Outdoors With MovesStrong

Facility and staff of Mercer College are now able to enjoy the Texas weather while getting fit. A new dedicated outdoor fitness space on the college campus features a combination of T-Rex and Fitground stations, rounded off by artificial turf and training graphics for movement based exercises with a dedicated track lane for drive sled.

A Strong Foundation For Soldiers: Military Training With MoveStrong

12 obstacle stations around the athletic fields will soon provide fitness challenges for students of Aubrey Rogers High School in Naples, FL to improve their mental and physical skills while building confidence to overcome each obstacle.

MoveStrong Training Event & Ribbon Cutting at The LINC

After two years of planning and installing, the new outdoor fitness court at The Linc in Jefferson City was officially opened with a ribbon cutting and training event on Thursday. Despite the hot temperatures, locals and students of Licoln University came out to learn about the various uses of the new equipment and were able to try them out in a Movestrong led group workout.
