MoveStrong 2022: A Recap
Happy new year! With 2022 being almost over, we are looking back at 12 months of getting people moving and improving their fitness in a fun, new way. Cities, communities, schools, and gyms all over the country discovered the benefits of real-life movements in their workouts and bringing their fitness and wellness amenities to the next level.

Flower Mound, Texas is a suburb of Fort Worth and Dallas. Over 60,000 residents get to enjoy local parks and recreations, including walking and biking trails, tennis and now also a MoveStrong fitness site.
A BEAUTIFUL CITY WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY OF LIFE
The City of Westminster describes itself as “a beautiful city with an exceptional quality of life”. In the past two years, the quality of life has at least somewhat suffered for many of us. However, the trend towards becoming fitter and healthier has never been bigger. The increased demand for an outdoor workout space drove the decision to add MoveStrong’s T-Rex system in 2021.

Recreate Climbing is a unique find in Butte, Montana. With their vision of offering enjoyable, dynamic, and challenging workouts to the local community, co-founders Lisa Howell and Jen DeLong combined the latest functional fitness with obstacle courses and climbing exercises for all ages and fitness levels.
