Pull Up Bars are one of the most popular tools to build upper body strength, because they support a variety of exercises targeting back, arms, shoulders and core. Being a body-weight exercise, pull-ups are scalable for athletes of varying fitness levels. All good reasons to include a pull up bar in all of our new T-Rex 2.0 configurations. While the 8-Post, 10-Post and In-Line stations include a standard version, we also offer an Ergo Grip, Extended and Side Rail Pull Up Bar for our Functional Training Station.

Our Standard Pull Up Bar is included in the 8-Post, 10-Post and In-Line T-Rex stations.

extended

The Extended Pull-Up Bar can be added to the top location on a stall bar or to one end of a horizontal bridge, giving an extended option for pull-ups and hanging exercises as well as adding accessory like the Elevate Trainer for suspension exercises.

ergo grip

The Ergo Grip Pull Up Bar allows for easier reach and a more comfortable grip position through dual sided grips, that also provide mounting options for further accessory such as an Ergo Bar.

The space-efficient design makes the Side Rail Pull Up Bar a great addition to any FTS. Being on the long side of a horizontal bridge, it’s a convenient option that offers a variety of grip options to elevate any upper body workout.
