We are excited to announce a new partnership between MoveStrongFit and Grey Team, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing active-duty military and veteran suicide. By combining forces, we aim to enhance the training facilities at Grey Team’s headquarters, ensuring that veterans have access to the best possible resources for their fitness and rehabilitation needs.

MoveStrong has developed specialized fitness tools that are perfect for military veterans. The installation includes an Elite Storage Rack, Stall Bars, and an Omni Bar Station, to complement the existing Power Sled, Functional Trap Bar, Elevate Trainer, and Centerline Resistance Bands for a comprehensive training experience, promoting strength, flexibility and endurance.

Our Omni Bar Station is an all-in-one training station that supports a variety of exercises with its revolutionary patented Omni Pivot. It comes with numerous attachments to perform compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting efficient and effective full-body workouts. This unique bar features a free-moving omni-directional pivot base, allowing smooth, unrestricted movement for increased flexibility and control. Service members can perform various strength exercises that mimic a traditional olympic bar with increased flexibility and control.

The Elite Storage Rack-4 sits flush to wall and only anchors to floor with its minimal floor space need design. This allows for a seamless training experience, where veterans can focus on their workouts without the distraction of a cluttered environment.
MoveStrong Stall Bars
Stall Bars are a versatile piece of equipment that can be used for a wide range of exercises, from stretching and mobility work to strength training. They are particularly beneficial for improving flexibility and enhancing overall body control. By incorporating Stall Bars into their training, veterans can work on increasing their range of motion and functional strength, which are crucial for both physical fitness and injury prevention. The MoveStrong Stall Bars feature the patented design G-Loop anchors for quick attachment of fitness tools such as resistance bands.
